Nigel Howell

I qualified at Pinderfield’s college of Physiotherapy in 1990, where training focused on exercise based re-habilitation, something that has always stayed with me. I then worked in the NHS at the Royal Sussex County Hospital until I started working at the Physiotherapy Centre in 1994.

I use a combination of joint & soft tissue mobilisation, including massage and exercise therapy, to treat people. The treatment I select is based on verbal and physical assessment of each individual. To ensure that my choice of treatment reflects the latest evidence in Physiotherapy I regularly attend courses and conferences and read and review journals and books.
