Tobias, our senior physiotherapist, is returning to The Physio Therapy Centre after a three-year stint in Germany.
Having obtained his physiotherapy qualification in 2008, he specialised in the musculoskeletal field and pursued a Master’s Degree in 2012 from Sheffield Hallam, UK. With a growing interest in sports and exercise medicine, Tobias, an avid runner and cyclist, was able to merge his professional and personal interests. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD at Queen Mary University in London, focusing on the best approach to managing gluteal tendinopathy.
Tobias is committed to providing personalised physiotherapy rooted in scientific evidence. When not at work, he can be found spending time with his family, frolicking around with his kids at home, or exploring the Downs and the beach.
