2020…what a crazy year it was! With everything COVID has brought us, the disruption in many of our everyday lives has meant that we’ve all had to find new ways to keep ourselves busy. While some (myself included) have spent hours on the couch watching every new show Netflix has to offer, a lot of people have taken up running during lockdown. There are the first timers, the weekend warriors who are now training like athletes and even the seasoned runners who have taken up the challenge of aiming for a personal best.

BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR WE WILL BE CLOSED
Just to let you all know that we will have a break between Christmas and New Year and will be back on the 4th Jan 2021, which by the way is going to be a very good year. Being unable to stop through the year it gives us a great chance to recharge, digest and plan for the new year so we can come back with all the same energy and enthusiasm! So from our door to your door have a very happy Christmas!!!! 🎄🎁🎉☃️

Some things have changed with my Physio led Pilates classes this year, as we entered lockdown 2,  I took my classes onto Zoom and it has been really enjoyable. The feedback has been fantastic and the relaxation part works really well for people (I wasn’t quite sure if it would over Zoom) and all from the comfort of your own home!

When I qualified as a physiotherapist thirty years ago, I had no idea that thirty years on, I would still be finding my chosen occupation so rewarding. I still find positive challenges everyday and sometimes problems which I find difficult, despite having supposedly ‘seen it all before’.
